Due to the ever-changing insurance industry and multiple plans offered by each insurance carrier, it is best to confirm Teton Orthopaedic’s participation by calling your insurance company. Many insurance carriers require that we collect co-pays and/or deductibles from the patient. If you have an office visit co-pay for a specialist, you will be expected to pay that amount at the time of service. Due to federal laws, as well as our individual contracts with the insurance carriers, we are prohibited from waiving these fees.

WY, ID, and US Department of Labor plans are accepted. All other state plans must have prior approval before scheduling.
For patients whose injury is work related, you must provide the schedulers with the following pertinent information:
